Barfi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups powdered milk

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 1 tablespoon Nestlé cream

  • 2 tsp fresh ginger

  • 2 tsp ground cardamom

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • Sprinkles to garnish


Directions:

  1. Mix & Sift In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, icing sugar, ghee, ginger, and cardamom. Pass this mixture through a fine strainer to make sure it’s as smooth as possible—just like the traditional sweets we all know and love.
