Ingredients:
1 pouch of your favorite the Food Print Frozen pulp ( I used Blackberry Fruit Pulp!)
1 scoop of vegan protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
1/2 Cup of milk
Handful of iced cubes
*Optional - 1 scoop of yogurt for extra creaminess & a touch of sweetness. ( I like the vanilla protein Chobani yogurt for this)
Directions:
Blended the Food Print Frozen Fruit Pulp with all other ingredients until smooth.
Place in a bowl
Optional - Garnish with chia seeds, flax seeds, banana and granola!
